Uniaxial Geogrid
The uniaxial geogrid is is a kind of high molecular polymer as the
main raw material, adding certain anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging additives, after unidirectional
stretching, the originally scattered chain-shaped molecules are reoriented and arranged in a linear
state.It is a high-strength geotechnical material that is extruded into a thin plate, punched into a
regular mesh, and then stretched longitudinally. In this process, the polymer becomes a oriented
linear state and forms an oblong network integral structure with uniform distribution and high node
strength. This kind of structure has quite high tensile strength and tensile modulus. The tensile
strength reaches 100-200Mpa, which is close to the level of low-carbon steel. It is much better than
traditional or existing reinforced materials and provides ideal soil A chain system of force
commitment and diffusion. The product has high tensile strength,adapts to various soils,
and is currently a widely used reinforcement material.
